Curious about the whole picture.

I like understanding how a business works: how it makes money, what customers need, and what has to happen behind the scenes to deliver on a promise. The most interesting problems usually cross team boundaries.

My experience spans physical commodities, supply chain and manufacturing, commercial systems, and the customer journey from sales through service and renewal. That breadth has taught me to look beyond an individual tool or process and consider what a decision means for the rest of the business.

I enjoy working with senior leaders and the people closest to the work. Listening to customers, bringing different perspectives to a whiteboard, and testing assumptions help turn an ambiguous problem into something people can act on. I want the result to improve business performance and make everyday work easier.

Outside work, I’m interested in travel, photography, diving, cars, and hands-on projects. There is pleasure in learning something simply because it catches your attention.
